COPE Course

I want you to imagine 40 foot tall poles driven into the ground connected by cables, ropes, walkways, various bridges and you get to walk all over it.  You try to jump from spot to spot and are connected by a safety harness.  This is what the COPE corse is.  Here are some videos we took of the boys today.

Battleship and fishing

For those boys who wanted to be on the water but not in it we had Battleship and Fishing.  Loads of fun but they got to stay mostly dry.

Canoe Wars!!!

Last night we had canoe wars. Life jackets, no paddles and try to sink your friends boat. What does not sound fun about that?

zach judd repelling on the climbing wall

Tuesday Free Time

Good news bad news.  We had a great day of rifle shooting, archery, rock climbing and nature hikes.  I took dozens of pictures of all the boys, however I just realized a few minutes ago that chip was still in my laptop and we actually did not record any of the pictures.  It is the digital version of there is no film in my camera.  Here are a few pictures that I was able to catch after I realized my error.  Good news is that there is another camera that got a lot of shots and we should be able to post.

Brett Allen has also posted a bunch of links on Flickr.  You can see those HERE!

Polar Bear Dip

This activity separated the men from the boy.  The boys swam and I tool the pictures.
